We’ve all heard the ironic comedy of how the Black dollar doesn’t remain in the Black community for even the length of daylight! What’s virtually never addressed is realistic actions we can take RIGHT NOW to begin to shift this reality.

This unique endeavor seeks to explore what can happen if we harness the surge of Black individual entrepreneurship in one space. We are learning as we go, & invite you to go on this journey along with us. One of the principal goals of Posh Panache 360° is to provide a safe space to both shop for & sell our goods to our people.

All the parts of who you are make up the divinely complex whole of being a Black Woman. When any part of this complicated formula is hurt, underdeveloped, or just outright tired, the ENTIRE self is negatively impacted. WE are responsible for creating & sustaining spaces to meet our unique holistic needs. At the center of these spaces is self-care. More specifically, a re-imagining of what self care is authored not only by us, but through us. No other group of people balance what the Black Woman has & continues to. The self-care of mental, physical & spiritual well-being can no longer remain a secondary priority if the Black community is to heal

We are working off some outdated information. We must, for the 1st time since our MAAFA, figure out our own definition for what constitutes the Village. What types of hands make the work lighter? How did past generations do in preparing the world to hand over to us & how will we hand it over to the next generation? What collective legacies are we preparing for our babies? What individual contributions are we making to the village?
